yerdeh! today i went to watch BEOWULF and STARDUST! with a very special friend who was in a stylo-milo all-black and emo get up whoader!! cool sia...xDD

which was SO NOT like beowulf thanks after all that publicity that it got whether from the newspapers and even from my frickin LEET magazine! walao i was really expecting something better than CGI crap where the movements are SO OBVIOUSLY jerky and unreal...and the CONVERSATION omg...and i thought NEIL GAIMAN did the storyboard?! sure didn't sound like him...

and like what's with the last part argh beowulf's best friend just standing there looking at angelina jolie...? and so much for nudity argh that's bs man shouldn't even be rated luh! just because they have CORNY parts where beowulf just strips down to nothing to fight grendal? SO UNNECESSARY i tell you! bleh...and they could have shown more of angelina jolie thanks? -.-

but after that was stardust and OMG did it kickass! walao i know i'm a bit late because i wanted to hear what people had to say about this movie i thought would be quite cool when i first saw the trailer in cinemas! and believe it or not some people actually said it sucked! well i dunno where your sense of humour went to man this movie was not only fantastical, it was just as much a comedy as like, the game plan! :O lol...

which says alot i haven't actually read the novel but after seeing what neil gaimen did with beowulf...er i'm having second thoughts even though anansi boys was really by far one of the best books that i've read! claire danes is sooo cool! sheesh i can't believe i'm falling head over heels in love with all these females that are so obviously out of my reach xD

well if i maybe made it big with singing -_-

captain shakespeare was a welcome introduction to the otherwise derogatory stereotypes that pirates are used to...the princes' ghosts was hilarious xDD i thoroughly enjoyed it and it was really very creative methinks! hopefully those people doing theatre studies in rj can do that in two years? oO

haha who am i kidding xDD

but stardust is really a great movie and i really wish one day i could do something like that...sigh. it makes me so happy i just feel like crying now (:

so many good movies coming up! the golden compass is DAMN GOOD and once again it's from a BOOK! this is becoming like a success story luh! beowulf doesn't count cos it was a poem -_-

then there're the SPIDERWICK CHRONICLES!!! haven't read but it looks DAMN GOOD! just that i hope it's not like bridge to terabithia T_T i like tear jerkers but CRYING IN THE CINEMA IS NOT ME!!! argh! must read also!!

and HITMAN :O the resident game-to-movie combination, but they kinda tweaked the story of number 47 a little from the game. at first i kinda had my doubts i mean, hitman? and believe it or not these kind of movies have a very predictable storyline...and just as i thought it's about someone setting up number 47 for a big fall and he goes after those baddies. even though he himself can be considered a baddie. ok. confusing.

lol! so many good movies so little time!

and two movies in one day is just killer...maybe they should use movie marathons as a killing method in saw 5 luh...sick movie. todally disgusting.
